The Challenge
The client needed G+8 residential block, 36 units delivered in 18 months on an active site in Addis Ababa, working around the rainy season, tight access and strict quality requirements from the supervising consultant.
Our Solution
ECOMA mobilised a dedicated site team and its own equipment, sequenced the works to keep critical activities moving, and held weekly coordination meetings with the client and consultant to resolve issues early.
