Review, Estimation & Proposal
Our engineers and quantity surveyors review drawings and the BoQ, visit the site, identify risks and prepare a transparent estimate and work programme.
You receive: a priced proposal and schedule.

Contract & Mobilisation
We agree scope, schedule and payment milestones, then set up the site, secure permits and mobilise people and equipment.
You receive: signed contract and mobilisation plan.

Construction & Quality Control
Work proceeds under an approved quality plan with material testing, inspections and hold points.
You receive: test results and inspection records.

Monitoring & Reporting
Weekly or monthly progress reports, photos, schedule updates and site meetings with you and your consultant.
You receive: regular progress reports.

Handover & After-Care
Snag clearance, as-built documentation, formal handover and support during the defects liability period.
You receive: handover dossier and warranty support.
