Building Responsibly for Future Generations
Long-term value is part of our motto.
Build Beyond Tomorrow!
Sustainability means thinking past handover day — about resources, the environment and the communities who live with what we build.
Our Sustainability Focus
Resource efficiency
Accurate quantities, reduced waste and re-use of suitable excavated material.
Durability
Structures built to last, reducing lifetime cost and rebuilding.
Local value
Local hiring, local suppliers and skills training.
Environment
Erosion control, tree protection and site restoration.
Energy
Support for energy-efficient designs, natural lighting and solar-ready buildings.
Local Value
Growing Skills Where We Build
We hire and train local workers on our projects wherever possible and buy from Ethiopian suppliers.
Long-Term Value
Contributing to Ethiopia's Growth
Reliable buildings and roads connect communities, enable services and support economic development. That is the long-term value we aim to create with every project.
