The Challenge
The client needed 6.5 km gravel-to-asphalt upgrade delivered in 9 months on an active site in Adama, working around the rainy season, tight access and strict quality requirements from the supervising consultant.
Our Solution
ECOMA mobilised a dedicated site team and its own equipment, sequenced the works to keep critical activities moving, and held weekly coordination meetings with the client and consultant to resolve issues early.
